Dr. Thomas has been in independent practice in Longmont, Colorado, since 1975. She regularly consults with parents and other professionals about the problems facing families after divorce. In addition to her books and seminars on divorce education, Dr. Thomas provides therapy for children, teens, and adults. She frequently serves as a court-appointed evaluator or special advocate for children. Her latest interest is in developing strategies for working successfully in the role of parenting coordinator for moms and dads who continue in high conflict after separation.
